I created and planned a recruiting event where prospective students’ questions would be answered by university students. This event was split into two sessions, one in-person and one virtual. I had weekly meetings with the events team to plan and execute the in-person and virtual sessions.
I also worked with the social media team to publicize the event. In order to reach out to prospective students specifically, we made sure to advertise the event primarily on social media. The in-person event had approximately 40 students and the virtual event had six students.
